My Alarm Center Appoints Rose Ryan as Vice President of Finance

Ms. Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge in the Accounting and Finance fields to My Alarm Center, where she will address the home security company's growing accounting and billing needs as it pursues its aggressive growth plan. "Rose has built an incredibly strong accounting and finance team that plays an integral role in our day-to-day operations, audits and acquisition integrations. Ms. Ryan has spent 16 years as an Accounting professional, which includes experience in public accounting, IPOs, and acquisitions. Prior to joining My Alarm Center in 2011, she was most recently the Controller for Reliant Renal Care where she was responsible for the company's internal and external financial reporting as well as the financial due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
Prior to joining Reliant Renal Care in 2007, Ms. Ryan was the accounting manager of Renal Treatment Centers (RTC), an owner and operator of kidney dialysis clinics. While at RTC, the Company went through two initial public offerings and grew from $25 million to over $300 million in revenue. Following the initial public offering, she was responsible for external reporting including all SEC filings. Ms. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Scranton.
