My Alarm Center Names Joe Chambers as Vice President of Service Operations

Mr. Chambers Brings 25 Years of Operations Experience to Support My Alarm Center's Aggressive Growth Plans

Newtown Square, Pennsylvania (March, 2013)

Mr. Chambers brings a wealth of knowledge in the security alarm industry to My Alarm Center, where he will address the company's growing service and installation needs as it pursues its aggressive growth plan in providing national home security, from Philadelphia to Seattle. "Joe is one of the most broadly experienced individuals in our industry and has played a critical role in our growth and development over the last 3 years. He has added incredible value at My Alarm Center, not only in service operations, but in branch integration, CRM development and strategic product direction," said Amy Kothari, President and CEO of My Alarm Center.

Mr. Chambers is a 25 year veteran of the security industry, having held numerous roles in all facets of operations with specific focus on building effective teams, assimilating acquired companies, and streamlining organizational processes. Prior to joining My Alarm Center in 2010, he was most recently the Service Manager for ASG Security's Philadelphia/South Jersey Branch where his focus was on combining two technical groups, brought together through acquisition, into a united team.

Prior to joining ASG Security in 2009, Mr. Chambers was the Operations Manager for Controlled Access in Maple Shade, NJ serving commercial, educational, and healthcare clientele with large integrated systems. Mr. Chambers is a graduate of West Chester University.
