Monitored fire & CO alarms reduce response times and save lives
The unfortunate truth is that too many fall victim to easily avoidable disasters. Traditional smoke alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors may activate, but if there’s nobody home or the fire alarm can’t be heard, they can’t save lives, pets, or property. Monitored safety systems mean that first responders are quickly alerted to an emergency, and can be on the scene within minutes, even when you’re not home (or cannot hear the fire alarm).
Monitored Fire Alarm Systems Save Lives
Monitored
- A beeping alarm alerts anyone within hearing range
- You receive mobile notification of a triggered alarm
- Our Central Monitoring Station is notified and assesses the situation
- First responders are dispatched quickly in an emergency
Traditional (not monitored)
- A beeping alarm alerts anyone within hearing range
- If you’re not home, you may not know what’s going on
- If you or someone at home is injured, it may be difficult or impossible to call for help
- First responders arrive too late or not at all
Build a Fully Protected Home
Monitored smoke and carbon monoxide detectors pair perfectly with home automation and greatly enhance your SmartHome features. When a potential emergency notification first reaches your device, you have the power to quickly respond and take action.
Just a false alarm? No problem. But in the event of something more serious, first responders are always alerted to emergencies, whether you’re home or not.

Questions? We’re Here To Help
Who will be installing and monitoring my alarms?

How many smoke detectors do I need in my home?
We recommend installing smoke detectors on every level of your home and outside of all bedrooms.
How can I be sure my smoke detectors are being monitored?
Sometimes smoke detectors are hardwired to your security system, other times they are hardwired to the electric in your home. Call us to review your account!
How can I be sure my smoke detectors are working?
We recommend testing every detector at least once a month and replacing any batteries at least once a year (unless your alarm makes a chirping sound, indicating that the battery needs replaced).
If your smoke detector is wired into your electrical system, regularly check to see that the signal light is blinking as this will verify that the alarm is active.
